“great experience both times. Beds are so comfy, I didn't want to get out! Went to the roof top restaurant and everything was amazing. The ombeionce, views, service and food was perfect. Hard to stay anywhere else in Milwaukee when I've experienced this hotel. Forgot to mention the breakfast. Also very good. Service was fast and food was great! The parking Valet was very nice experience the young man Adrian was a pleasure to work with he’s attentive dedicated and respectful the service he provided me and my wife was top quality Good work guy’s thank you for your hospitality I highly recommend it”

Everything ran smoothly from check-in to check-out, and valet service was excellent the entire time quick, professional, and hassle-free. The breakfast was one of my highlights, with a really good variety and everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. It made mornings easy and enjoyable. “Nice, clean functional hotel. Connected to the basketball stadium. Close to everything. Good service and four drinks included. Parking on the weekend was odd, as if you park yourself you have to be out of the lot by 8am. While valet was pretty expensive, but then you can sleep in.”

“I went here for a concert last year to stay the night, and this hotel was the first part of my healing journey. I have severe PTSD relating to elevators, and we called in advance to make sure i would be properly accommodated for, because you need a special pass to access the stairs. They put me on the third floor (the lowest floor they had, as there is a restaurant on the second floor. We ate at the Craft, and it was pretty bad to be honest. But this is overall a very accommodating, excellent, and clean hotel”
